Vacation Earned Pre-Inactive Status. The employee shall also be entitled to the vacation entitlements earned, but not taken up to the date of his or her removal from the Active Roll. If an employee is again transferred from the Inactive Roll to the Active Roll, the employee’s vacation entitlement shall be based on the vacation earned at the time of transfer from the Active Roll.
