Common use of Vacation Eligibility for Part Clause in Contracts

Vacation Eligibility for Part. time, Intermittent, Leave Without Pay or Reemployed Employees For an employee who has worked on a part-time or intermittent basis or who has been on leave of absence without pay for a total of six (6) months or more or who has been terminated and subsequently reemployed, the actual years of service with the City shall be used for the purpose of computing length of service in determining eligibility for vacation at the three (3), four (4), five (5) and six (6) weeks' rate.
