Overtime Offers. The Department will offer Scheduled Overtime on a voluntary basis to employees with the least amount of overtime worked in accordance with the following provisions:

Overtime Offers. Employees will only be liable for two (2) overtime work credits per Shift. This Section shall not apply to employees above the rank of Lieutenant.

  • Overtime Overtime will begin to accrue after sixty (60) hours in a two (2) week period averaged over the scheduling period determined by the local parties. Overtime will apply if the employee works in excess of the normal daily hours. Payment for overtime is as in Article 16.01.

Part-time employees whose established work day is less than eight (8) hours shall not be considered to be working overtime until having completed eight (8) hours of work.
