Common use of Vacation, Holidays, Sick Days and Personal Days Clause in Contracts

Vacation, Holidays, Sick Days and Personal Days. The Executive shall be entitled to twenty paid vacation days in each calendar year. The Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays, sick days and personal days given by the Corporation and/or the Bank to its employees. In addition, irrespective of any change in policy by the Corporation and/or the Bank, the Executive shall be entitled to carry vacation days, sick days, and personal days over for an additional one full year.

Vacation, Holidays, Sick Days and Personal Days. The Executive shall be entitled to four weeks (twenty (20) business days) paid vacation days in each calendar year determined by the Bank from time to time for its senior executive officers (pro rated in any calendar year during which the Executive is employed hereunder for less than the entire such year). The Executive also shall also be entitled to all paid holidays, sick days and personal days given provided by the Corporation and/or the Bank to its employees. In addition, irrespective of any change in policy by the Corporation and/or the Bank, the Executive shall be entitled to carry vacation days, sick days, regular full time employees and personal days over for an additional one full yearsenior executive officers.
