Vacation – July, August and September. 2 Weeks Not more than two (2) consecutive weeks vacation may be taken at a time, during the months of July, August and September. However, if the holiday(s) of another employee(s) is not affected in any way and efficient operation can be maintained, the Region will allow a longer vacation than two (2) consecutive weeks during the three (3) months stipulated in this Clause.

Not more than one (1) Saturday, one (1) Friday and one (1) Monday may be taken as vacation per month in the months of July, August and September (excluding full weeks of vacation) may be requested unless otherwise indicated by the immediate supervisor in the work unit.

  • December 2020 The funds of the 11th EDF, and in the case of the Investment Facility the funds stemming from reflows, shall no longer be committed beyond 31 December 2020 unless the Council acting unanimously on a proposal of the Commission decides otherwise. However, the funds subscribed by the Member States under the 9th, 10th and 11th EDFs to finance the Investment Facility shall remain available after 31 December 2020 for disbursement, until a date to be laid down in the Financial Regulation referred to in Article 10(2).
