Vacation Pay Upon Layoff or Separation of Employment. If an employee is laid off, retired or xxxxxx his/her employment, he/she will receive any unused vacation credit including that accrued in the current year, provided, however, in the case where an employee xxxxxx his/her own employment to be eligible for any vacation accrued in the current year, an employee must give at least two (2) weeks' advance written notice.
