Return to Work - Physician's Statement Clause Samples
The 'Return to Work - Physician's Statement' clause requires an employee to provide a formal statement from a licensed physician confirming their fitness to resume work after a medical leave. Typically, this involves the employee submitting documentation that verifies they are medically cleared to perform their job duties, which may include specific information about any restrictions or accommodations needed. This clause ensures that employees are physically able to return to work safely, protecting both the individual and the employer from health and liability risks.
