Vacation Pay Upon Termination or Retirement. An Employee leaving the service at any time shall be entitled to a proportional payment of gross earnings in lieu of earned vacation. Any vacation credits taken but unearned shall be recovered by the Employer through deduction from final pay. If the final pay is insufficient to cover the arrears, the Employer and the Employee shall meet to discuss repayment options.
