Vacation/Termination Pay. Upon resignation, an employee who has been employed for more than six (6) continuous months (1,040 hours) providing he/she has given the required number of days notice of resignation, shall be entitled to any accrued unused vacation and/or holiday pay.
Vacation/Termination Pay. After completion of 1,040 hours of employment, employees shall be paid upon termination of employment for any vacation credits earned but not used, unless the employee fails to provide the Medical Center with the required fourteen (14) days prior written notice of intended resignation as required by Article 6.3.1 of this Agreement.
