Common use of Vacation Time Allowances Clause in Contracts

Vacation Time Allowances. Executive shall be entitled each year to 15 days of vacation, during which time Executive’s compensation shall be paid in full. Unused vacation days shall not accrue from year to year.

Vacation Time Allowances. Executive shall be entitled each calendar year to 15 twenty (20) business days of vacation, prorated for any partial year, during which time Executive’s compensation will continue to be paid. Each year, Executive shall be paid in fulltake five (5) of the twenty (20) vacation days consecutively. Unused vacation days shall not accrue accumulate from year to year.
