Vacation Time During First Six Months of Employment. Employees 2 whose FTE status is at least 0.4 may use a maximum of sixteen (16) hours of accrued 3 vacation leave during the first six (6) months of service. In the event of shift cancellation 4 or curtailment, however, this maximum shall not apply.
