Vacation Time, Sick Time and Seniority. All leaves taken under the Family and Medical leave will be considered unpaid except as provided for in the collective bargaining agreements entered into between the Framingham School Committee and the bargaining unit. Seniority within the unit upon return from leave will follow the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement. Authorized FMLA shall not constitute a break in service for purposes of seniority.
