VACATIONS AND BENEFITS. 5.1. During each twelve (12) month period during the Initial Term and any Renewal Term of this Agreement, the Employee shall be entitled to vacation time of not less than four (4) weeks, during which time the Employee's Salary shall be paid in full. The Employee shall take his vacation at such time or times as shall be approved by the Company, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
