Vaccination and Testing Requirements. ‌ The Department has specific requirements for Vendors related to COVID-19 vaccination and testing for all Vendor personnel to enter into buildings on Department property. Vendor shall attest to its adherence to these COVID-19 requirements by completing ATTACHMENT H: NC DNCR COVID-19 VACCINATION AND TESTING REQUIREMENTS. Failure to submit a completed ATTACHMENT H shall subject Vendor’s bid to rejection.

  • Inspection and Testing Each Constructing Entity shall cause inspection and testing of the Interconnection Facilities that it constructs in accordance with the provisions of this section. The Construction Parties acknowledge and agree that inspection and testing of facilities may be undertaken as facilities are completed and need not await completion of all of the facilities that a Constructing Entity is building.
