Validation and Moderation of Assessment. The Consultant will assist Perth Boat School in the validation of its assessment strategies participating in validation and moderation activities at least once per year, being involved in group processes to undertake this activity. This will involve the reviewing, comparing and evaluating assessment processes, tools, judgements/decisions and evidence contributing to judgements made by a range of assessors against the same competency standards. • Validation and moderation of assessment will be undertaken at a time and venue which is mutually agreed between the two parties.
