Validation System. The Hotel Developer shall work with the City in good faith to establish a validation system for parking in the Hotel Deck by visitors to Retail/Restaurant Space, under which the occupant of the Retail/Restaurant Space would pay all or a portion of the parking fees charged for such visitors.
