Common use of VALIDITY OF OFFER Clause in Contracts

VALIDITY OF OFFER. Rates quoted in the tender as well as of the terms and conditions of the tender shall remain firm and valid for a minimum period of 90 days from the date of opening of Price Bid of tender during which the tender is likely to be finalized and Letter of Intent (LOI) issued. On being done so, the tenderer shall be strictly bound by the terms and conditions and provisions of the tender and execute the work at the quoted rate. The above mentioned period of 90 days may, however, be extended with the consent of the tenderer.
