VALIDITY OF OFFER. ➢ The Proposals submitted by bidders shall be valid for a period of “120 days” from the date of opening of Techno-Commercial Bid. ➢ On completion of the validity period, in case required, SDSC SHAR would solicit the bidder’s consent for extending period of validity. ➢ The request and the responses thereto shall be made in writing by post and e-mail.
