Validity of Tenders. 2.15.1 Tenders shall remain valid during the contract period or as specified in the Invitation to Tender after the date of tender opening prescribed by the Procuring entity, pursuant to paragraph 2.18. A tender valid for a shorter period shall be rejected by the Procuring entity as non-responsive. 2.15.2 In exceptional circumstances, the Procuring entity may solicit the Tenderer’s consent to an extension of the period of validity.
