Post qualification. 2.24.1 In the absence of pre-qualification, the Procuring entity will determine to its satisfaction whether the tenderer that is selected as having submitted the lowest evaluated responsive tender is qualified to perform the contract satisfactorily.
Post qualification. 20.1 The Purchaser will determine to its satisfaction whether the Bidder that is selected as having submitted the lowest evaluated responsive quotation meets the Qualifications as mentioned at clause 3 above. The bidders should furnish information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance on the prescribed format attached.
