Validity of these Conditions. 1. Except as provided otherwise in individual cases, Agreements with the Contractor are concluded exclusively pursuant to the following provisions. The Contractor does not accept any of the Principle's conflicting regulations or conditions to the contrary unless it expressly consented to such in writing. The Contractor's following conditions apply even if the Contractor provides its service without reservations while knowing of the Principal's contradicting or conflicting conditions.

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all of the Contractor's services (to include but not limited to expert opinions, inspection and consulting services) and all responsibilities resulting from the contractual obligation with the Principal. These conditions also apply to all future business relations vis-a-vis companies and corporate bodies governed by public law. II. Valjanost ovih Uvjeta 1. Osim ukoliko u pojedinačnim slučajevima nije drugačije predviđeno, ugovori s Izvođačem sklapaju se isključivo u skladu sa sljedećim odredbama. Izvođač ne prihvaća nijedan suprotni propis ili uvjet Naručitelja, osim ako izričito na to ne pristane u pisanom obliku. Sljedeći uvjeti Izvođača primjenjuju se čak i ako Izvođač bezuvjetno pruža svoju uslugu znajući za proturječne ili oprečne uvjete Naručitelja. 2. Ovi se Opći uvjeti primjenjuju na sve usluge Izvođača (uključujući, ali ne ograničavajući se na stručna mišljenja, inspekcijske i savjetodavne usluge) i sve odgovornosti koje proizlaze iz ugovorne obveze s Naručiteljem. Ovi se uvjeti također primjenjuju na sve buduće poslovne odnose s tvrtkama i korporativnim tijelima uređenima javnim pravom.

TÜV CYPRUS does not accept any of the Customer's conflicting regulations or conditions to the contrary unless it expressly consented to such in writing. Following conditions of TÜV CYPRUS apply even if TÜV CYPRUS provides its service without reservations while knowing of the Customer's contradicting or conflicting conditions.
