Validity/Scope. 1.1. In addition to our General Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods and Services, these Supplementary Terms and Conditions for the Use of Software apply to all software products manufactured by us. If we supply the customer with software from other manufacturers, the terms of use and licensing agreements pertaining to the respective manufacturer enclosed with the product supplied also apply in addition to our General Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods and Services.
