Value Based Services. Value based services are services the USPS provides, including e-Return Receipt and USPS Confirmation Services. Any fees the USPS charges for these services are your responsibility to pay for and are payable the same way that you pay for postage. The USPS is solely responsible for its services. We are not responsible for any malfunctions of any part of the communication link connecting the Meter with the USPS data system. We have the right to terminate the value-based services if the USPS discontinues offering the service or you breach your obligations under this Agreement and fail to cure the breach within thirty days after you have been notified in writing.

We have the right to terminate the value-based services if the USPS discontinues offering the service or you breach your obligations under this Agreement and fail to cure the breach within thirty days after you have been notified in writing.
