Common use of Value of security Clause in Contracts

Value of security. The value of security required for the purposes of this Schedule 6.6.6 is the Distributor's reasonable estimate of the Distribution Services charges that the Retailer will be required to pay to the Distributor in respect of any period of not more than 2 weeks, notified in writing by the Distributor to the Retailer. If additional security is required in accordance with Schedule 6.6.7 ("Additional Security"), the Distributor's notice provided in accordance with Schedule 6.6.1 must state the amount of the Additional Security.
