Vandalism to Employees' Vehicles. Employees covered by this Agreement shall be reimbursed up to two hundred dollars ($200) of the deductible on the employee’s insurance for vandalism damage to their vehicles which may occur at the workplace or at a school function at another location. The Board will also reimburse up to two hundred dollars ($200) of their deductible in cases of vehicle accidents while using the vehicle on Board authorized business. Proof of insurance and original receipts are required.

  • Vandalism Or Malicious Mischief This peril does not include loss to property on the "residence premises", and any ensuing loss caused by any intentional and wrongful act com- mitted in the course of the vandalism or malicious mischief, if the dwelling has been vacant for more than 60 consecutive days immediately before the loss. A dwelling being constructed is not consid- ered vacant.

  • Casual Nurses i) It is understood that casual Nurses do not have normal hours of work. All assignments for the next day will be faxed by the office by 1630h.

  • Vandalism Vandalism is defined as any malicious attempt to harm or destroy property of the user, another user or of any other agencies or networks that are connected to the Network or the Internet system. Vandalism also includes, but is not limited to: abusive overloading of data on the server, or the uploading, downloading or creation of computer viruses. Any engagement in network vandalism constitutes unacceptable use and will subject the student to appropriate disciplinary action.

  • Casual Nurse is a Nurse in an employment relationship which is not regular. A Casual Nurse may be offered work as outlined in this Agreement. The Employer may offer work to a Casual Nurse at the Employer’s discretion subject to the provisions of the Collective Agreement. Once a Casual Nurse accepts a work assignment including a scheduled extra shift, a relief shift, a Temporary Position, a period of Stand-By or a Call Back during a Stand-By, the Casual Nurse is obligated to work. Except where specifically excluded, the provisions of the Collective Agreement apply to a Casual Nurse.

  • EMPLOYEES OF THE CONTRACTOR All work under this contract shall be performed in a professional and skillful manner. The County may require, in writing, that the Contractor, remove from this contract any employee the County deems incompetent, careless, or otherwise objectionable.

  • AGREEMENTS WITH EMPLOYEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS Grantee shall have written, binding agreements with its employees and subcontractors that include provisions sufficient to give effect to and enable Grantee’s compliance with Grantee’s obligations under this Article VI, Intellectual Property.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Personal Accident Insurance The Member is covered by policies of insurance which pay benefits in case of injury, death or dismemberment as the result of an accident. A certificate of insurance that explains the benefits provided by the policy will be given to the Member with this Membership Contract. Coverage provided by Individual Assurance Company of Xxxxxx, XX 00000.

  • Claims by Employees and Insurance Each Party shall be solely responsible for and shall bear all of the costs of claims by its own employees, contractors, or agents arising under and covered by, any workers' compensation law. Each Party shall furnish, at its sole expense, such insurance coverage and such evidence thereof, or evidence of self-insurance, as is reasonably necessary to meet its obligations under this Agreement.
