Vehicle Accidents. Renters will notify Contractor of all accidents involving any rental vehicle in the Renters’ possession and will provide information and documentation concerning the accident, as requested by Contractor. Renters will reasonably cooperate with Contractor in the investigation of accident claims and demands and in the recovery of damages from liable third persons.
Vehicle Accidents. The Contractor shall have sole responsibility, at its own cost and expense, for repair of any vehicle damaged in a vehicular accident or by any passenger. The City retains the right to investigate any vehicular accident involving the Contractor, and may request drug/alcohol screening of a driver found to be at fault under specific circumstances. 19. Employees who have been involved in an accident with their GFV shall furnish all known information as outlined in Section 7-1 of the Handbook. a) Transportation orders are submitted to the department C-9 court clerk by the Public Defender’s Office, The Public Guardian’s Office and County Counsel. The Court Clerk will verify, stamp and copy the orders. The approved orders will be returned to the issuing agency and placed on the court clerk’s desk in department C-9.
b) The orders will be picked-up daily by the Transportation team. If transportation orders are received after the team’s departure from the courthouse, the bailiff in department C-9 will deliver the orders to the transportation team. All transportation orders should be available for pick-up by the Transportation team by for the following days run. This is necessary because certain facilities have cut-off times to schedule patients for transportation. Transportation orders may also be delivered to the Transportation team by fax
c) All requests for changes to Transportation Orders require a new Order to be drafted with a new date and time for the pickup. In cases of short notice, the transportation team may accept, approve and note the order changes. The parties agree that any bargaining unit employee who is driving a school motor vehicle including grounds keeping or snow removal equipment who is involved in an accident while driving that causes damage to the school vehicle, any other vehicle, a building or fixed object or any injury to a person, employee or other, must immediately report such accident to the Facilities Director. The Facilities Director may request that the Director of Human Resources refer the bargaining unit member at employer expense report to a medical facility for testing for presence of drugs or alcohol. Failure or delay in reporting for such testing will be considered insubordination and may subject the bargaining unit member to discipline. If an employee is requested to report for a drug or alcohol test, said employee shall be transported to the drug testing facility.
