VARIABLE MEDIA GUIDELINES. Artist shall also provide the City with written recommendations for translating the Artwork into new media or replacing elements of the Artwork in the event that the original medium, components and/or the Artists’ installation plan become obsolete during the life of the Artwork (“Variable Media Guidelines”). Although the City is not required to comply with such Variable Media Guidelines, the City may take such Guidelines into account when maintaining the Artwork or trying to preserve the integrity of the Artwork.
