Usage Guidelines. If Customer develops or has developed advertising, marketing, or promotional materials related to Products that uses Neuronetics trademarks, service marks, trade dress, other proprietary elements, or other indicia of origin controlled by Neuronetics, including logos and designs, then, before using or disseminating any such materials: (i) Customer will comply with the then-current Neuronetics branding and style guidelines and the then-current Neuronetics quality control requirements; and (ii) provide copies of such materials to Neuronetics. Neuronetics reserves the right, at any time, to: (ix) require Customer to change or discontinue Customer’s use of the Neuronetics Marks or the Marketing Material if Neuronetics, in its sole discretion, believes that such use is detrimental to Products, the Neuronetics Marks, the Marketing Material, or Neuronetics’ business interests.; and (x) inspect to ascertain that the Neuronetics Marks and the Marketing Collateral are used only for services performed using Products. Customer will promptly comply with Neuronetics’ requests regarding the use of the Neuronetics Marks and the Marketing Collateral. Customer will not adopt, use, or seek to register any trademarks, service marks, trade dress, other proprietary elements, or other indicia of origin, including logos and designs, that are confusingly similar to any of the Neuronetics Marks, and Customer will not combine any of the Neuronetics Marks with any other trademark, service mark, other mark, trade dress, other proprietary element, other indicia of origin, logo, design, word, term, device, logo or other matter. Customer will not adopt, use, or register any domain name that incorporates any of the Neuronetics Marks. Customer will not in any way use the Neuronetics Marks in a manner that could cause any confusion with, diminution in value of, or other adverse effect to the Neuronetics Marks. All goodwill derived from the use of the Neuronetics Marks will inure solely to the benefit of Neuronetics.
Usage Guidelines. Abide by Xxxxx School District’s Acceptable Use Policy (district policy 815) and other applicable Xxxxx School District Policies at all times. • Honor the school district’s restrictions of access to sites and apps that are not allowed at school. The school district will be enforcing basic CIPA compliant Internet filtering, both on and off school property. • Secure your device in a safe location whenever it is not in your direct possession. To prevent the risk of theft, never leave your device in an unsupervised area. • Do not loan out your device or charger to other individuals. • The device is provided for the sole use of the student to which it is assigned. Parents and siblings should not borrow the device unless prior district permission is given. • Do not disassemble or attempt to do any physical repairs to the device. • The Technology Department will manage all app installations. Students will not be able to install apps. Do not attempt to break any security protocols. • Report any technical problems with your device to the school office. Repairs will then be organized by the Technology Department. Do not attempt repairs yourself. • Do not expect that files or emails stored on your device will be private. Xxxxx School District officials may review your files and communications at any time to ensure you are using the device appropriately. • You are solely responsible for the appropriateness of all files, data, and Internet history on your device. • Do not take photos or video of other students or staff without their permission. The possession, forwarding, or uploading of unauthorized photos or video to any website, network/cloud storage area, or person is strictly forbidden. • Do not access another individual’s materials, information, or files without permission. • Do not attach stickers, marking, painting, drawing or marring any surface of the device. • Personal content may need to be removed if more memory is required for school related apps and files. • If your device is stolen or damaged by another party, please report it to the office immediately. Your claim will be investigated further by the school district and/or law enforcement officials. • You will be billed current market prices for repairs and/or replacement items for the below situations: ▪ Intentional damages. ▪ Lying on any damage report. ▪ Negligence. ▪ Loss or damages resulting from fraudulent, intentional or criminal acts. ▪ Loss or damages resulting from theft. Usage Guidelines. 1. Licensor will provide Licensee, from time to time, with a Graphic Standards Manual (the "Graphic Standards Manual") containing written and graphic guidelines for the correct reproduction, application and presentation of the Marks. The Graphic Standards Manual may include, among other things, Xxxx specimens, samples of advertisements and clip art indicating color, proportion, and format. The Graphic Standards Manual may also provide for the use of one or more tag lines to be used to differentiate or highlight a particular service or offering or group of services or offerings, such as "Paging By Cellular One" and require its usage in specific circumstances, including use on signage and promotional materials referenced in Section IV.F. The Graphic Standards Manual may also provide guidelines for the proper use of tag lines and require such usage in the event that two or more licensees of the Marks are permitted to make use thereof within the Licensed Territory, or any part thereof, pursuant to Sections VI.C. or VI.D.

SCUSA shall not use any such material without Chrysler’s prior written approval, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.

User agrees to use the Reservation Services only to book reservations at Restaurants and then honor those reservations by arriving at the Restaurants on time and ordering and paying for meals. User further agrees not to book more than one (1) reservation for User's personal use during any one meal time (e.g. lunch, dinner, etc.). Aetna agrees to use the Program solely for their business purposes as contemplated by this Agreement, and agree not to use the Program to (i) send spam or any other form of duplicative and unsolicited messages other than marketing and promotional messages to Carrier Clients and prospective clients as contemplated by the Program; (ii) knowingly transmit through or post on the Program unlawful, immoral, libelous, tortuous, infringing, defamatory, threatening or harassing material or material harmful to minors; (iii) knowingly transmit material containing software viruses or other harmful or deleterious computer code, files, scripts, agents, or programs; (iv) knowingly interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Program or the data contained therein, excluding the intended use of the Program; (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Program, computer systems or networks related to the Program; or (vi) harass or interfere with another person’s use of the Program, excluding the intended use of the Program.
Usage Guidelines. Company will (and will require that all Subsidiary Sublicensees, and will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all Third Person Sublicensees and Company Contractors) use the DWA Trademarks in accordance with the applicable Style Guides and DWA’s usage guidelines as provided to Company from time-to-time. DWA’s usage guidelines may include both guidelines regarding the presentation and appearance of DWA Trademarks and additional quality control standards applicable to Entertainment Properties, Content and Consumer Products on or in connection with which any DWA Trademarks are used. Any changes to DWA’s usage guidelines will be prospective and Company (and its Sublicensees and Company Contractors) will have a commercially reasonable time period to implement any such changes.
Usage Guidelines. You may not download the Seal until You have agreed to and accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx Merchant Services Agreement (“Merchant Agreement”). You shall display or reproduce the Seal without alteration and shall maintain sufficient separation between the Seal and other marks or content on Your website. In the event Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx makes any change to Seal, Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx may notify You and You shall use reasonable commercial efforts to promptly correct Your display of the Seal. All rights in Seal shall remain at all times the sole property of Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx, and all use of Seal shall inure to the benefit of Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx. You shall not register or attempt to register the Seal or any other name, logo, trade name, domain name, trademark or design that is confusingly similar to the Seal, the xxxx Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx or any other xxxx of Xxxxxxxxx.Xxx.
