Common use of Variable Rate Information Clause in Contracts

Variable Rate Information. Except for Prime Money Market Accounts, the dividend rate and APY may change each dividend period based on the determination of the Credit Union's Board of Directors. For Prime Money Market Accounts, the dividend rate and APY may change on the 1st day of each calendar month, based on the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) Prime Rate in effect on the last day of the preceding calendar month. For each dividend period that You meet the minimum balance requirements, You will earn dividends at a rate equal to the highest Prime Rate in effect on the last day of the preceding calendar month minus three and three-quarter percentage points (3.75%), subject to a minimum of three tenths of one percentage point (0.30%).
