Preauthorized Electronic Funds Transfers. You may authorize periodic or recurring automatic payments from, and deposits into, your designated account(s). Examples of such transfers include direct deposit of your paycheck or Social Security check into your designated Credit Union account; automatic payment(s) from your designated Credit Union account to third parties; and automatic payment from your designated Credit Union account for loan payments or other amounts you owe us. The frequency and amounts of these preauthorized transfers will be subject to and in accordance with the authorization that you sign, and any separate agreement you have with the originator of the transfer. See the Transfer Limitations provision for transfer limitations that apply to preauthorized transfers.

Preauthorized Electronic Funds Transfers. You may authorize one-time or recurring automatic payments from, and deposits into, your designated savings or checking/debit account(s). Examples of such transfers include direct deposit of your paycheck or Social Security check into your designated Blaze account; automatic payment(s) from your designated Blaze account to third parties; and automatic payment from your designated Blaze account for loan payments or other amounts you owe us.
Preauthorized Electronic Funds Transfers. Your Account number and routing number can be used for preauthorized direct debits (“ACH Debits”) from Merchants to your Account, for the purpose of initiating debits to your Account, and for the purpose of initiating direct deposits and/or ACH credits to your Account. These transfers will be processed under the Operating Rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association (“NACHA”), and you agree to comply with the NACHA Operating Rules. Detailed information regarding preauthorized transfers is available in the section labeled “Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure”. The recipient’s name on any ACH Debit we receive must match the name of the Accountholder. Any direct deposits received in a name other than the name registered to the Account will be returned to the originator.
Preauthorized Electronic Funds Transfers. You may arrange for Bank to complete the following preauthorized transfers to or from your deposit Accounts: • Pay certain recurring bills from your checking or savings Account (“Preauthorized Payments”); and • Accept direct deposit to your checking or savings Account (“Preauthorized Credits”). Limitations on Frequency and Amount: • There is no limit on the frequency or amount of Preauthorized Credits to your Accounts. • Preauthorized Payments are subject to the limitations described in Limits on Savings and Money Market Transfers and Withdrawals section of this Agreement. Special Rules for Preauthorized Payments Bank does not charge for any Preauthorized Payments on consumer Accounts but business Accounts may be charged related transaction fees. If you have told the Bank in advance to make regular payments or Preauthorized Payments from your Account(s), you can stop any of these payments. Here’s how: Call or write to Bank at the telephone number or address set forth in the Important Location and Contact Information section of this Agreement, in time for Bank to receive your request three (3) Business Days or more before the Preauthorized Payment is scheduled to be made. If you call, the Bank may also require you to put your request in writing and get it to the Bank within fourteen (14) days after you call. Bank may charge you a fee (as described in the applicable Schedule) for each stop payment order you give. If these Preauthorized Payments may vary in amount from the previous transfer under the same authorization or from the preauthorized amount, the person you are going to pay should provide you with the amount and date of the transfer at least ten (10) days before the scheduled date of the transfer. You may, however, choose instead to get this notice only when the payment would differ by more than a certain amount from the previous payment, or when the amount would fall outside certain limits that you set. If you order Bank to stop one of these Preauthorized Payments three (3) Business Days or more before the transfer is scheduled, and the Bank does not do so, it will be liable for your losses or damages.
Preauthorized Electronic Funds Transfers. You may arrange to have certain recurring payments automatically deposited (credited) to your Account. Examples of this service include, but are not limited to the direct deposit of Social Security and other government payments or the direct deposit of your payroll. If you have arranged to have direct deposits made to your Account at least once every sixty (60) days from the same person or company, you can verify the availability of your deposit by viewing the transaction details on your BFF Prime App Account or by contacting us. You may arrange to have certain recurring withdrawals automatically paid (debited) from your Account. For example, you may arrange to have insurance premiums paid automatically. These preauthorized transfers are governed by federal regulations pertaining to EFT services that entitle you to certain protections. Requests for these services must be authorized by you, in writing, to the originator of the transaction prior to becoming effective.
Preauthorized Electronic Funds Transfers. By signing the Account Card, you agree to the following terms governing your and our rights and responsibilities concerning preauthorized electronic funds transfer services. Terms and conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement shall also apply to your electronic funds transfer service.
