Common use of VAT and CCL Clause in Contracts

VAT and CCL. VAT is added to the Charges and shall be paid by you in addition to the Charges. If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the Services, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay. If you do not pay enough VAT due to incorrect information you have provided us with, we are not legally responsible to pay the additional VAT and you must pay us or HMRC if requested. If CCL becomes payable you will also be charged CCL in line with existing legislation.
