  • PRODUCT SUPPORT Partners may provide support for Products and other value-added services, and Partner is responsible for the performance of any services it provides. If Customer purchases Microsoft Support Services through a Partner, Microsoft will be responsible for the performance of those services subject to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Additional Products and Services Subject to the allocation of funds, the CPO may add similar equipment, supplies, services, or locations, within the scope of this Agreement, to the list of equipment, supplies, services, or locations to be performed or provided by giving written notification to Contractor.   • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.

  • Third Party Products and Services Any third-party hardware, software and/or services that is delivered by ResMed for use either standalone or in conjunction with ResMed products and/or services, shall be subject to the third-party terms and conditions and/or license agreements between Customer and the third party. Such third-party hardware, software and/or services is provided by ResMed "AS IS," without any warranty of any kind. Any representations or warranties as to such hardware, software and/or services shall only be as granted by the applicable third parties, if any, that accompany such products and/or software and/or services. Any representations, warranties, or other similar obligations with respect to such third-party hardware, software and/or services flow directly from the third party to Customer and ResMed shall have no responsibility at all for any such representations, warranties, obligations or lack thereof.

  • Screen Care The Chromebook screens can be damaged if subjected to rough treatment. The screens are particularly sensitive to damage from excessive pressure on the screen. 1. Do not lean on the top of the Chromebook when it is closed. 2. Do not place anything near the Chromebook that could put pressure on the screen. 3. Do not place anything in the carrying case that will press against the cover. 4. Do not poke the screen. 5. Do not place anything on the keyboard before closing the lid (e.g. pens, pencils, or disks). 6. Clean the screen with a soft, dry, anti-static, or microfiber cloth.
