Common use of Vehicle Reservation Clause in Contracts

Vehicle Reservation. 7.2.1 In order to use the vehicles reserved for round trips, orders must be place through the mobile application or the website or by contacting the Company’s customer service representatives via telephone. Upon placing the reservation, the Subscriber must indicate the parking place from which they wish to take the vehicle (dedicated parking spaces in this model) to which the vehicle will also be returned at the end of the trip, as well as the starting time (whether immediate or for a future reservation) as well as the end time of the reservation, all as subject to the vehicle availability at the time requested and other/additional considerations. 7.2.2 In order to reserve vehicles that are used for single-direction trips, the reservation must be made via the application or by contacting the Company’s customer service representatives via telephone and will be authorized subject to vehicle availability in a given location at that particular time. In this model, vehicles may be reserved in a particular parking space for a period of 15 minutes and failure to reach the car within that window will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation and all that that entails. Reservation of a vehicle for an additional 15 minute period is option, however requires an additional fee as determined in Appendix A attached to this agreement. Upon completion of the trip, the Subscriber must park the vehicle in an available dedicated parking spot for this model.
