Vehicular Technologies Sample Clauses

Vehicular Technologies. The Company may install and use various technologies in its vehicular fleet whose main purposes are to improve safety, increase efficiencies and/or lower vehicular and driving related costs and expenses. One of these technologies is video/audio cameras, provided that the data is retained only for “G-Force” triggered events. Discipline for just cause may be administered based on data captured by these technologies. The Union and employees who drive these vehicles will be notified of the use and capabilities of such technologies prior to their activation.
