Common use of Vendor Back-Up Warranty Clause in Contracts

Vendor Back-Up Warranty. 1. GE controls and accessories vendors provide a warranty on their products used on GE Engines. This warranty applies to controls and accessories sold to GE for delivery on installed or spare Engines and controls and accessories sold by the vendor to Airline on a direct purchase basis. In the event the controls and accessories suffer a failure during the vendor’s warranty period, Airline will submit a claim directly to the vendor in accordance with the terms and conditions of the vendor’s warranty.
