Common use of Vendor Employee Screening Clause in Contracts

Vendor Employee Screening. NYC Health + Hospitals may require Vendor Employees that enter NYC Health + Hospitals premises to participate in its Vendor Employee screening system and Vendor shall comply with all requirements of such system. NYC Health + Hospitals shall have sole discretion as to whether any Vendor Employees may access NYC Health + Hospitals premises.
