Vendor Responsible for Industrial Relations. So far as is permitted by relevant Law: (a) the Vendor will be responsible for industrial relations matters in respect of the Vendor's Personnel; and (b) the Vendor must comply with, and will ensure the Vendor's Personnel comply with, all relevant legislation, industrial agreements, enterprise agreements, workplace agreements, federal and state awards, determinations or decisions in relation to the Vendor's Personnel.
