Verbal Advice. 6.2 During performance of the Engagement and at the request of the Client, the Contractor may verbally (by telephone or at meetings) or more informally respond to direct questions or other- wise submit comments. As this may imply provi- sion of a brief comment upon a complex problem regarding which the Contractor does not have access to complete and correct information, the Contractor is not liable until the response or comment has been confirmed in writing.
