Verification and Disqualification. The Promoters reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and participants, (including a participant’s identity and membership status) and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoters to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Verification and Disqualification. The Authority reserves the right to verify all statements, information and documents submitted by the Bidder in response to the RFP or the Bidding Documents and the Bidder shall, when so required by the Authority, make available all such information, evidence and documents as may be necessary for such verification. Any such verification or lack of such verification, by the Authority shall not relieve the Bidder of its obligations or liabilities hereunder nor will it affect any rights of the Authority thereunder.

  • Registration Effect of Conveyances and Discharge 4.1 A copy of this Agreement and every amendment and discharge of this Agreement shall be recorded at the office of the Registry of Deeds at Halifax, Nova Scotia and the Developers shall pay or reimburse the Municipality for the registration cost incurred in recording such documents.
