Verification No Boycott. To the extent applicable, this Contract is subject to the following: Boycott Israel. If this Contract is for goods and services subject to § 2270.002 Texas Government Code, Lessee verifies that it i) does not boycott Israel; and ii) will not boycott Israel during the term of this Contract; Boycott Firearms. If this Contract is for goods and services subject to § 2274.002 Texas Government Code, Lessee verifies that it i) does not have a practice, policy, guidance, or directive that discriminates against a firearm entity or firearm trade association; and ii) will not discriminate during the term of the contract against a firearm entity or firearm trade association; and Boycott Energy Companies. Subject to § 2274.002 Texas Government Code Lessee herein verifies that it i) does not boycott energy companies; and ii) will not boycott energy companies during the term of this Contract.   • Anti-Boycott Verification To the extent this Agreement constitutes a contract for goods or services within the meaning of Section 2270.002 of the Texas Government Code, as amended, solely for purposes of compliance with Chapter 2270 of the Texas Government Code, and subject to applicable Federal law, the Developer represents that neither the Developer nor any wholly owned subsidiary, majority-owned subsidiary, parent company or affiliate of Developer (i) boycotts Israel or (ii) will boycott Israel through the term of this Agreement. The terms “boycotts Israel” and “boycott Israel” as used in this paragraph have the meanings assigned to the term “boycott Israel” in Section 808.001 of the Texas Government Code, as amended.

  • Certification for Federal-Aid Contracts Lobbying Activities A. The CONSULTANT certifies, by signing and submitting this Contract, to the best of its knowledge and belief after diligent inquiry, and other than as disclosed in writing to the LPA prior to or contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Contract by the CONSULTANT, the CONSULTANT has complied with Section 1352, Title 31, U.S. Code, and specifically, that:

  • Contractor Certification regarding Boycotting Israel Pursuant to Chapter 2270, Texas Government Code, Contractor certifies Contractor (1) does not currently boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the Term of this Agreement. Contractor acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.

  • Supervisor's Post-Probation Report Unless the probationary employee has previously been removed from probation, the principal or other supervisor shall submit a written report to the Superintendent at the end of the probationary period, which report shall identify whether the performance of the probationary employee has improved and which shall set forth one of the following recommendations for further action:

Contractor acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.

  • Seniority Verification Process i. The new school district shall provide the employee with the necessary verification form at the time the employee achieves continuing contract status.
