Verifications definition

Verifications means the proofs needed to decide if an individual meets the eligibility criteria to be enrolled in the program. Verifications may include hard copy documents such as a birth certificate, computer match records such as Social Security benefits match records, and collateral contacts with third parties who have information needed to determine the eligibility of the individual.
