Verification of Use 20 a. Pursuant to Multnomah County policy, Management must 21 require the completion of a certification form by the employee’s health care provider 22 and any other verifications required for under the provisions of the FMLA, OFLA, or 23 their successors.
Verification of Deposits 7.1. Within twenty-‐four (24) hours after receiving each Deposit or corrected Deposit, Escrow Agent must verify the format and completeness of each Deposit and deliver to ICANN a notification generated for each Deposit. Reports will be delivered electronically using the API described in draft-‐xxxxxx-‐icann-‐registry-‐interfaces, see Part A, Section 9, reference 5 of this Specification.

Reconciliation of records The Fiscal Agent will at least once every month reconcile its record of the IOA of the Notes with information received from the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) with respect to the IOA maintained by the ICSDs for the Notes and will promptly inform the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) of any discrepancies.

Verification Bank may, from time to time, verify directly with the respective Account Debtors the validity, amount and other matters relating to the Accounts, either in the name of Borrower or Bank or such other name as Bank may choose.
Account Verification Whether or not a Default or Event of Default exists, Agent shall have the right at any time, in the name of Agent, any designee of Agent or any Borrower, to verify the validity, amount or any other matter relating to any Accounts of Borrowers by mail, telephone or otherwise. Borrowers shall cooperate fully with Agent in an effort to facilitate and promptly conclude any such verification process.
E-Verification If applicable, Contractor represents and warrants that it will ensure its compliance with the Mississippi Employment Protection Act of 2008, and will register and participate in the status verification system for all newly hired employees. Mississippi Code Annotated §§ 71-11-1 et seq. The term “employee” as used herein means any person that is hired to perform work within the State of Mississippi. As used herein, “status verification system” means the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act of 1996 that is operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security, also known as the E-Verify Program, or any other successor electronic verification system replacing the E-Verify Program. Contractor agrees to maintain records of such compliance. Upon request of the State and after approval of the Social Security Administration or Department of Homeland Security when required, Contractor agrees to provide a copy of each such verification. Contractor further represents and warrants that any person assigned to perform services hereafter meets the employment eligibility requirements of all immigration laws. Certification of Applicants The Employer will determine the number of applicants to be certified to the hiring official for consideration. All employees on the internal layoff list for the classification, and all promotional, transfer and voluntary demotion candidates, who have the skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position will be certified and will be considered by the Employer, prior to consideration of other candidates.
