Common use of Verification of Information Clause in Contracts

Verification of Information. By entering into this Agreement, the Executive warrants that all information provided by the Executive is true and correct to the best of the Executive’s knowledge, and the Executive expressly releases all parties from any and all liability for damages that may result from obtaining, furnishing, collecting or verifying such information, as well as from the use of or disclosure of such information by the Company or its agents.
