Pre Employment Conditions. For purposes of federal immigration law, Executive will be required, if Executive has not already, to provide to the Company documentary evidence of Executive’s identity and eligibility for employment in the United States. Such documentation must be provided to the Company within three (3) business days of the Commencement Date, or the Company’s employment relationship with Executive may be terminated.
Pre Employment Conditions. 1.1 Care Site must receive verification of Resident’s graduation from medical school, proof of passing the United States Medical Licensing Examination Steps 1 and 2, and/or other applicable credentialing documentation and verification. If Resident is transferring from another program or hospital, Care Site must receive evidence of satisfactory completion of prior rotations, and a satisfactory summative evaluation from the prior program director.
1.2 Care Site must receive satisfactory documentation of Resident’s identity and authorization to work in the United States, which includes appropriate licensure under applicable law and confirmation of visa status, if applicable.
1.3 Resident must undergo and satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical examination, including routine drug screening.
1.4 Resident shall submit to and pass a criminal background check (felony and/or misdemeanor).

Executive’s acceptance of this offer is contingent upon (a) the execution, and delivery to an officer of the Company, of the Company’s Employee Nondisclosure, Non-Solicitation, Confidentiality and Developments Agreement (the “Confidentiality Agreement”), prior to or on the Effective Date; (b) Executive providing to the Company documentary evidence of Executive’s identity and eligibility for employment in the United States within three (3) business days of the Effective Date; and (c) the successful verification of the information Executive provided to the Company during Executive’s application process, as well as a general background check performed by the Company to confirm Executive’s suitability for Employment. Executive agrees to execute any and all documentation necessary for the Company to conduct a background check and Executive expressly releases the Company from any claim or cause of action arising out of the Company’s verification of such information.
Pre Employment Conditions. 1.1 Your Employment is subject to and conditional upon the completion of pre-employment medical, receipt of references to our reasonable satisfaction and credit checks, approval by the FSA, and you having lawful authority to work in the United Kingdom. These recruitment procedures will be carried out by or on behalf of Barclays. You will be notified when these conditions have been satisfied prior to your resignation from your current employment (with the exception of FSA approval, which requires you to be in employment to be obtained).
1.2 You hereby warrant that as at the Start Date (as hereinafter defined):
(a) you will not be precluded or restricted by virtue of any term of any agreement, undertaking or court order from entering into this Contract or undertaking or properly performing any of the duties of your Employment with Barclays;
(b) you will be entitled to work in the UK without any additional approvals or consents and you will notify Barclays immediately if you cease to be so.
Pre Employment Conditions. Employment with the Bank is conditional upon: (a) the Employee’s consent to and successful passing of a pre-employment drug test; (b) background, credit and reference checks; and (c) all necessary regulatory approval.

This agreement acknowledges that as a result of the nature of the work that you will be performing, you were required to provide a satisfactory EPIC (Enhanced Police Information Check) and Employment Verification, and review and completion of required compliance documents including an Informed Consent form,. This offer is further conditional upon your provision of proof of eligibility to work in Canada, proof of up-to-date professional license and membership in good standing with the appropriate professional governing body and/or accreditation if applicable, the successful completion of required Learnings, constitute the “Pre-employment Conditions”. You are required to promptly notify the CRC of any charges or orders that would vary the EPIC or Employment Verification provided prior to this offer. In the event of the disclosure of a change to the EPIC or Employment Verification, the CRC shall determine the appropriate course of action. Additionally, you must further notify the CRC of any change to eligibility to work in Canada. If applicable, you must possess and maintain an up-to-date professional license and membership in good standing of your applicable professional association, licensing body, etc., which shall be your sole responsibility. You shall be responsible for any membership fees or other related expenses. Because this offer is contingent on your valid professional certifications, you must immediately advise the CRC if your license to practice is suspended or revoked for any reason whatsoever. Failure to promptly notify the CRC of any of the changes described above may result in discipline up to and including termination. This letter contains details of the terms and conditions of your employment, should the above -noted conditions be satisfied. This offer is contingent upon successful completion of the Pre-employment Conditions. By your signature below, you acknowledge and agree that if you fail to meet the Pre- employment Conditions, our conditional offer of employment will be revoked and you will not commence employment with the CRC. Should that occur, you will not be entitled to notice, pay in lieu of notice, or any other payment from the CRC
Pre Employment Conditions. This Agreement is contingent upon successful completion of a background check (including checking employment references) and the following conditions and will be null and void (whether or not you have already signed it) if the Company notifies you that the background check was unsatisfactory or if any of the below conditions is not satisfied. Unless and until all such steps have been completed, the offer of employment embodied in this Agreement may be withdrawn (in which case this Agreement will be null and void whether or not you have already signed it) and you should not resign your current employment, otherwise alter your employment status, or alter any personal circumstances in reliance on such offer.
