To the extent this Agreement constitutes a contract for goods or services, the value of this Agreement is less than $100,000, and therefore Section 2274.002 (as added by Senate Bill 19 in the 87th Texas Legislative Session, “SB 19”), Texas Government Code, as amended, does not apply to this Agreement.
