Common use of Verizon Information Clause in Contracts

Verizon Information. Upon request by CBB, Verizon shall make available to CBB the following information to the extent that Verizon provides such information to its own business offices: a directory list of relevant NXX codes, directory and Customer Guide close dates, and Yellow Pages headings. Verizon shall also make available to CBB, on Verizon’s Wholesale website (or, at Verizon’s option, in writing) Verizon’s directory listings standards and specifications.

Verizon Information. Upon request by CBBENT, Verizon shall make available to CBB ENT the following information to the extent that Verizon provides such information to its own business offices: a directory list of relevant NXX codes, directory and Customer Guide close dates, and Yellow Pages headings. Verizon shall also make available to CBBENT, on Verizon’s Wholesale website (or, at Verizon’s option, in writing) Verizon’s directory listings standards and specifications.

Upon request by CBBSBCT, Verizon shall make available to CBB SBCT the following information to the extent that Verizon provides such information to its own business offices: offices a directory list of relevant NXX codes, directory and “Customer Guide Guide” close dates, publishing data, and Yellow Pages headings. Verizon shall also will make available to CBBSBCT, on upon written request, a copy of Verizon’s Wholesale website (or, at Verizon’s option, in writing) Verizon’s directory alphabetical listings standards and specificationsspecifications manual.

Upon request by CBBOnvoy, Verizon shall make available to CBB Onvoy the following information to the extent that Verizon provides such information to its own business offices: a directory list of relevant NXX codes, directory and Customer Guide close dates, and Yellow Pages headings. Verizon shall also make available to CBBOnvoy, on Verizon’s Wholesale website (or, at Verizon’s option, in writing) Verizon’s directory listings standards and specifications.
