Pest control definition

Pest control means the regulation or management of a species defined as a pest, usually because it is perceived to be detrimental to a person's health, the ecology or the economy. The reduction or regulation of the population of noxious, destructive, or dangerous insects or other animals.
Pest control. We will make reasonable provisions for the extermination of rats, mice, roaches, ants, and wood destroying organisms. You must properly dispose of and promptly remove all of your garbage so as to prevent foul odors, unsanitary conditions, or infestation of pests and vermin in your apartment, adjacent common areas (such as breezeways), and other common areas of the apartment community.
Pest control herein means addressing any problems in the Premises with ants, cockroaches, spiders and other insects and preventing the infestation thereof and the party responsible for the same is set forth elsewhere herein). Tenant shall be responsible for the immediate treatment of any bed bugs in the Premises by a licensed Georgia pest control operator and the immediate and permanent removal from the Premises of any mattresses, bedding, clothing and other similar items that may contain bed bugs or bed bug larvae. Disciple Property Management requires pest control for all residences with Preferred Pest Control. Pest control is billed monthly with rent. Quarterly service dates are scheduled in advance and communicated to tenants. Properties are available for re-treatment between scheduled service. Indoor treatment is required. If Tenant fails to pay pest control, rent will be considered incomplete and could be considered late, this incurring Late Fees. In the event that monies received are less than Property Rent and Pest Control combined, monies will be applied first to Pest Control.

Pest control. All pest control activities, chemical and non-chemical, shall be approved by the State prior to action by the Concessionaire. Concessionaire, or the pest control business acting on behalf of Concessionaire, shall submit a DPR 191, “Pest Control Recommendation” (or equivalent) to the State for approval. If you do not have the utilities switched over, there will be a 10 day shut off until the utilities are taken care of. Owner will charge you for all utility bills that have not been paid. You must keep all utilities in your name until the last day of your lease term. Delinquent utilities are subject to a 1% interest charge after 30 days.
