Other Revenue. If Manager collects any funds other than Assessments (“Other Revenue”), such Other Revenue shall not be subject to the provisions in this Agreement, unless Manager uses or obligates Assessments towards: (a) any portion of the proposed activity or improvement to which Manager proposes the expenditure of Other Revenue; or (b) any Manager staff time or resources paid for with Assessments or SBEP grant funds (in whole or in part) are used for the proposed activity or improvement to which Manager proposes the expenditure of Other Revenue, including facilitating committee or Board of Directors discussions, implementing the proposed activity or improvement, soliciting goods or services necessary for implementation of the proposed activity or improvement, or accounting or reporting on the proposed activity or improvement. Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, Manager’s expenditure of Assessments or SBEP grant funds for generating reports about collection or expenditure of Other Revenue in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement shall not, by itself, subject such Other Revenue to the provisions of this Agreement.
Other Revenue. Defined in Section 7.
Other Revenue. (a) The Parties shall discuss in good faith the allocation of other Advertising income, revenues and fees derived from operations at the Arena that are not otherwise provided herein, to the extent attributable to Knicks Events.
Other Revenue. If Lessee receives or expects to receive any fees, charges or Other Revenues and other than de minimis amounts not to exceed $100,000 in any calendar year, then, unless Lessee reasonably believes that such Other Revenue will not operate to reduce Lessee’s tariff within the State of Texas, Lessee and Lessor will negotiate in good faith to amend this Agreement or a similar lease to characterize the portion of such Other Revenue which Lessor reasonably expects will operate to reduce Lessee’s tariff within the State of Texas as Unadjusted Gross Revenue hereunder or under such other similar lease. In the event the Lessee and Lessor cannot agree on the terms of such amendment of this Agreement or of a similar lease after 60 days of negotiating in good faith, then either the Lessee or the Lessor may submit such matters to arbitration pursuant to Section 13.7 of this Agreement, pursuant to which the Arbitration Panel shall be empowered to characterize the portion of such Other Revenue which Lessor reasonably expects will operate to reduce Lessee’s tariff within the State of Texas as Unadjusted Gross Revenue hereunder or under such other similar lease, based on submissions by each of the Lessee and the Lessor.

Other Revenue. Reference is made to fees received by HASCO payable by each individual retirement account (“Other TA Revenue”).
Other Revenue. In the event Contractor, in its capacity as the manager of the District, collects District assessment funds directly from classes of businesses not required by the City to obtain a Business Tax Certificate, Contractor shall separately account for such assessment funds and shall only use such funds to pay for Contractor’s performance of its obligations and/or duties under this Agreement. Contractor shall, within thirty calendar days of any written request by the City, provide the City an accounting of Contractor’s collection and expenditure of any such assessment funds.
Other Revenue. The Licensee shall pay to NRC *** of Other Revenue.
Other Revenue. Other revenue is comprised of amounts earned by the System primarily for the provision of on-site pharmacy and specialty pharmacy services, but also includes amounts earned for food and beverage, gift store, unrestricted gifts and donations, rental income, and other amounts not directly related to patient care. The System recognizes pharmacy service revenue at the time of service at estimated net realizable amounts from patients, third-party payors, and others for services rendered.
Other Revenue. All revenue, not otherwise allocated in this Agreement, from the day during which the Cut-Off Time occurs will be split equally between the applicable Seller and the Purchaser.
