Vertical Blinds. All windows shall be equipped with vertical blinds. The slats are to be 3” wide vinyl (no fabric). Blinds shall have 1800 rotation and full retract function for the flexible adjustment of light intensity. They shall be easy to maintain and repair, and shall conform to interior office design and colors. Interior glass partition walls will require the same window treatment. Color selection by the State. All interior windows in the manager’s office and dealer area shall be equipped with horizontal mini blinds.

Blinds shall have 180 degree rotation and full retract for the flexible adjustment of light intensity. They shall be easy to maintain and repair, and shall conform to interior office design and colors. Interior glass partition walls will require the same window treatment. Locations will be identified by the State. Color selection by the Lessee.
Vertical Blinds. The tenant will be responsible for the cost of repairs and replacement of vertical blind components including blades, weights and chains which are not noted on the Property Condition Report
