Common use of VESSELS WRECKED OR STRANDED Clause in Contracts

VESSELS WRECKED OR STRANDED. If the vessel on which an employee is serving becomes wrecked or stranded, or if by fire, explosion, collision, or foundering, an employee sustains damage to or loses equipment or personal effects, the employer shall reimburse the employee for such loss, but the amount of reimbursement shall not exceed the sum of $2400.
